Last Sunday i went to another concert! this time it was a jrock band named DIR EN GREY. i don't remember what the opening bands were called but one was Bleed The Dream? their opening bands were Americano and they (Dir En Grey) were very hard. the dude was cutting himself onstage, like "UH UH UH AHHHHHHHH" and then the crowd would say "WHOOOOOOOOO" and "WHOOOOOOOOO" and "ARGHGHGHGHGHGH".

lol. it was fun. i got separated from wish/alena/natasha/everybody so i could go as crazy as i pleased. hahahahahhahh

I finally went to Taste of Chaos 2007 on Feb. 17 at the Bill Graham Civic in SF. The line-up: The Used, 30 Seconds to Mars, Senses Fail, Saosin, Chiodos, Aiden, and Evaline. It was in that order, but backwards. It was sooooo fun and I think the best was Chiodos. I love them now! Their set was too short though. Oh we missed the local band or whatever and Evaline b/c we were kinda late. Aiden was pretty good, I thought, but that was the first time I’ve heard them. Maybe I’ll download some of their songs. I went w/ Iveliz and Ellie, and Ellie got pretty good seats on the 2^nd floor, where the view wasn’t bad. Right before Chiodos was supposed to play, we were supposed to meet Jadia outside, but she never showed up (>_<) and when the opening notes of “Baby, You wouldn’t Last a Minute on the Creek” played, Iveliz ran screaming inside. Hahaha. So we found each other again and we got close enough to see everything. I could feel somebody breathing on my head though. Sigh. You know when somebody tall stands behind you, you can feel them breathing on your head? Lol yeah. Afterwards, they announced that they were having a signing at 8pm, so we rushed out there an hour early. We missed two bands though, Saosin and Senses Fail. =( but we got a pretty good spot in the line and didn’t have to wait that long for them.

1^st was Craig. =D he’s really nice, but not talkative and just smiles a lot. Haha. Then… yeah the rest is a blur, but the rest of the band members seemed bored and tired, except for the last one, who smiled really big and was also very nice. They signed a poster for me and Craig signed the CD I just bought. For only $10. =) I also bought a RTOC shirt, so all in all I spent $30, which wasn’t bad.

Then we went back in for 30 Seconds to Mars, but we only got back spots, so we went back up to the seats to see better. Then, Jared Leto ran to the back of the crowd where we just were! So me and Iveliz were like NOOOOOOO we could’ve been there! Damn. Haha. Then The Used. Who I thought was good, and kinda funny with the teabag hardcore thing. Lmao. But we left before they ended to get out without a big crowd and stuff. Outside, they were giving unlimited amounts of Rockstars (I got one for me and Iveliz, but I later lost mine underneath Ellie’s carseat and never found it), posters, magazines, samplers, and stickers.

After that, we went to get pizza at some Italian place in SF. It was okay, but I was really full after. x_x then we went to Iveliz’s house and went on myspace (haha) and uploaded the pictures, etc. by that time, it was like 1 or 2am, so we went to sleep (I slept over). Next morning, tv and myspace for iveliz, then we walked to Taco Bell and I eventually went home. Then I went with my family to my uncle’s house, and it was pretty boring except I tried out their Nintendo Wii w/ their huge new TV and listened to the Chiodos CD and ate and watched the Simpsons. Then we went home. My brother probably had the time of his life, playing on their computer&Nintendo Wii the whole time. And now I should be doing my history essays, since I have a test tomorrow. Good bye.

Oh and happy Chinese New Yearrrrrr.

30 Seconds to Mars - A Beautiful Lie

for the past few days, i've been in constant pain. never-ending toothache.... T_T so today i didn't go to school because it go so bad (i'm lucky i don't have any finals today) and i went to the dentist. i took the bart to lake merritt, lol. truthfully i've never taken the bart alone. hahaha. yeah i know. crazy. i wouldn't go to school tomorrow either, because my teeth still hurt and all the dentist did was give some medication because he was confused about what was causing it, but i have 2 finals. mannnn. i don't know how i'm going to concentrate. so the dentist was saying something about a root canal they were gonna do, b/c he said that a tooth was fractured inside and the nerves were dying or something, but then he didnt because when he took another xray, he couldn't see the fracture anymore, so he said next time it hurts go back and they'll do it. they're gonna kill off my teeth!! O_O

but it really hurts, so i don't care much right now. and he also said i might need braces. before, i didn't, but then i fell off a hill and hit my teeth (therefore i have the broken nerve and fractured tooth and all that) and he says i might need it now. mannn i'm 16 and i have to get braces?! whatttt. well if i do, i'm going to get ones you cant see. T_T
i don't know why i need it now. i fell super long ago and chipped my tooth. like elementary school days. weird.
